The Aberdeen Airport is situated about seven miles from the city center. There are enough signs posted everywhere that will lead you straight to its access road. Its primary car park is right in front of the airport terminal building which offers long- and short-term stays.

Can I Escape the Rat Race?

Have you ever wondered 'Can I Escape the Rat Race?' Wonder what it would feel like to be free of the hustle and bustle of a job or small business that is consuming so much of your life. Would it be that you work from home, raising your children in stead of raising your blood pressure? Or maybe work from a hotel overlooking beautiful Bora Bora in the South Pacific for a month?

Here's an example of what escaping the rat race meant for me. I am writing this article in my back yard as I'm watching over my kids playing in the yard. There is nothing more satisfying than being able to set my own schedule and be able to spend time with my kids. I can stop writing for 1/2 an hour and play Basketball with my son.

Now if you can think of doing any of this then it is very possible. What you need is to be able to want it enough to get through all the hard bits. Yes, there are lots of hard times as you going through the learning curve of working for yourself and at home, probably some new skills and the hardest of all, getting back up when you made a mistake.

So if your drives big enough and you got enough support from those closest to you and from people who know, then there's no reason why you can't escape the Rat Race. All you need to do is find out what you want, work out how to get it and then do it.

Using the Stars and Sun to Find Your Way

Taking a serious hike requires you to bring navigational equipment but sometimes this "crutch" can be detrimental. GPS units are ideal for finding your way but since they rely on modern technology there is a possibility that you won't bring enough batteries, you can't get a signal or they'll break. Compasses are a "must have" but what if you loose it, break it, or just forget to bring one? This is when knowing traditional techniques is essential.

Using basic navigation knowledge relies on nothing more than using natural "landmarks" and your position in relation to them to determine your direction. There's no technology involved so you don't have to worry about anything breaking or not working properly.

Using the sun is one major way of finding your direction. As most know, the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. There are things that can prevent you from using this as a marker. You may be in dense forest or it may be foggy which could prevent you from determining where the sun is. Try to find a clearing, climb a tree, or wait until there's a clearing in the fog.

If you're far from the equator it can be hard to determine the sun's proximity so remember that in the Northern Hemisphere, such as in Malaga, Spain the sun will be south of you and North of you in the Southern Hemisphere. At midday it is also difficult to determine so wait a half hour and note its movement. It's a good idea to track the sun at half hour intervals to ensure you're going the right direction.

Hopefully you won't be in such a predicament but finding your direction at night is possible. You can use the stars to guide you which should be relatively easy as long as it's not cloudy or you're hiking near city lights. If it is cloudy then don't guess; take a rest and wait for the clouds to clear. At about 8 p.m. find the big dipper constellation which looks like a cooking ladle. There are two stars at the end of the dipper that directs you to the North Star.

Now that you know how to use these natural markers practice your navigational skills. Take a short hike with a compass or a GPS unit and put your skills to the test. Try to determine your direction using the sun or stars and then compare it with your compass or GPS. Once you've gotten it down you'll be ready for mishaps with modern technology.

Parking at Luton Airport Made Easy

Luton Airport Parking

Luton airport is a very handy alternative to the other major London airports. It's also used by some of the major budget airlines such as EasyJet. It accommodates airlines which fly to most international destinations and it's certainly easier and quicker to get to if you live in the north of the UK. However time saved by picking Luton airport can all be wasted if you don't organise your airport parking properly and in good time. There are plenty of car parks at Luton airport, based on the airport compound, off the airport and various meet and greet options and pre booking is a must to not only save money but to also know exactly where you're going and what to do when you get there.

There have been instances in the past where holidaymakers have simply turned up at Luton airport and expected to park their car. Now, because there are so many car parks at Luton airport, if you did this you would be able to park OK but possibly not at the location you would prefer and certainly not at the price you would prefer. It makes so much sense to spend a little time to check out the car parks online and get the one which really suits your needs.

So lets talk about just how you can make parking at Luton airport as easy as possible. Each option below will give you details to make your parking as easy as possible. The actual ease of parking depends on your budget to some extent, so have a read and see what would be best for you.

For example you might want to save a bit of money and park off the airport. with bus transfer times a little longer, these car parks are just as secure but generally they cost a little less. Transfer times range from 10 minutes to 20 minutes, so really not too long. As far as being easy these car parks are probably the least easiest simply because you have a longer transfer time, but we are only talking about an extra 10 mins or so.

Airparks at Luton airport is a typical example of off airport parking, it's located 4 miles off the airport compound and transfers take approximately 15 minutes. It has excellent security features and on average costs about £15- £30 per week less than parking on the airport.

The other option would be to park on the airport itself. This option is generally a little bit more expensive, however the transfer times to Luton terminal is shorter, from 5 to 10 minutes. All car parks on the actual airport compound at Luton are owned by the airport itself. some of these car parks are extremely easy to use because it's just a matter of parking your car yourself and just walking to the terminal depending on which airport you're at.

Mid Term parking is a very good example of a seriously secure car park on the airport compound itself. It has every security feature mentioned and allows you to keep your own car keys. Transfers to the departure terminal at Luton airport take about 5 minutes.

The last option is by far the most convenient. You can choose meet and greet which allows you to turn up at the departures terminal and have somebody park your car for you. On your return your car will be waiting for you to simply get in and drive home. Obviously this sort of convenience comes at a price, but it's not that much more than on airport parking. If you want absolutely no hassles and the easiest way to park then meet and greet is the one to choose, you could be at check-in about 5 minutes after parking your car.

Priority Parking at Luton airport is one of many options for meet and greet parking at this airport.

Pes6 Galatasaray

AVRUPA FATİHİ Galatasaray uefa ve süper kupa anılarıyla hazırlanmış video ayrıca pes6'dan mükemmel goller..... ------------------------------------------- Turkish Turk Turks Türk Türkiye Turkey By 1940, Turkish Air Force had more than 500 combat aircraft in its inventory, becoming the largest Air Force on the Balkans and the Middle East. The growing inventory of the Air Force required another structural change, which was made in 1940. The Air Force under the Milli Savunma Bakanlığı (Ministry of National Defense) for logistical affairs and the General Staff for educational affairs were united to form the Hava Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı (Air Force Command). Thus, the Air Force became a separate branch of the Turkish Armed Forces. The first commander-in-chief was General Zeki Doğan. Even though Turkey did not enter the Second World War on the side of the Allies until February 1945 (in accordance with the agreements made during the Second Cairo Conference), the Turkish Armed Forces went on full alert and was prepared for war following the military alliance between neighbouring Bulgaria and the Axis Powers which was in essence established with the Treaty of Craiova in September 1940 and formalized in March 1941, and the occupation of neighbouring Greece by the Axis Powers in April 1941. What Are Turkey's Famous Tourist Attractions and Activities?

Kapali Carsi (Covered Bazaar)
Istanbul is worth visiting for the shopping alone. And the Kapali Carsi, or "Covered Bazaar", in the old city is the logical place to start. This labyrinth of streets and passages houses more than 4000 shops. The names recall the days when each trade had its own quarter" Goldsmiths' Street", "Carpet Sellers' street", "The Street of skullcap Makers". Sit down for tea with some of the sellers and let them charm you into buying a few souvenirs you never realized you wanted.

Pamukkale
Chances are you'll catch your first glimpse of Pamukalle (translated as "Cotton Castle") on a postcard. Calcium-oxide-rich waters paint this Caldag hillside white, creating a series of Gaudi-like dripping terraces. Try to view this stunning geological formation early without thousands of people crawling all over it and turning the white surface dark with foot scum.

Topkapi Palace, Istanbul
One of Istanbul's big draws, this expensive fifteenth-century estate served as the centre for the Ottoman empire for four centuries and is difficult for most travelers to miss. Among the maze of rooms, you'll find inner courtyards, a throne room, a circumcision room and a harem.

Dolmabahce Palace, Istanbul
When the Ottomans moved on from Topkapi Palace in 1853, they decided to build on the Asian side of Bosphorus. It doesn't look as magnificent from the outside, but the opulence within will put even the most decorated Las Vegas lobby to shame. Its also where Kemal Ataturk (Turkey's first president) died on November 10, 1938 - if you want to know when, just look at the clocks, which have been set to his exact time of death )9.05am).

Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Istanbul
If you're looking for a smurf-coloured mosque, forget it - it's the blue tilework on the insides that gives this mosque its name. if you want to walk barefoot across the countless handwoven rugs while marveling at the serenity and architecture, you won't be disappointed by this seventeenth- century Mehmet Aga creation, known locally as the "Sultanahmet Camii".

Ephesus
Walking around the dry stacks of cut stone of Ephesus, it's hard to imagine that it once sat on the Aegean coast, now 8kn away. And even harder to imagine the Temple of Artemis in full glory, when it was once a Wonder of the World. The site as a whole, however, has been impressively preserved.

Take a Turkish Bath
Nothing scrapes off the travel grime quite like a trip to a hammam. These enormous marble steam rooms, often fitted with hot baths, showers and cooling-down chambers, can be found all over Turkey. Let a masseuse scrub you with an abrasive mitt and you'll see chewing-gum0sized wads of dead skin tumbling off your body. Then he'll pound your muscles to a pulp, crack your joints, and you'll emerge feeling like a boneless chicken, in a good way, of course.

Explore Istanbul's sewer
Literally translated, Yerebatan Saray is the "Sunken Palace". It's Istanbul's largest underground cistern, naturally air conditioned and renovated for public access. This one-time plumber's nightmare has been atmospherically spruced up - the water dripping from the ceiling is now accompanied by pulsing lights and creepy music.

Sleep in a cave
Head into the Swiss-cheese-like region of Cappadocia and you'll find a mind-boggling assortment of caves. Some of these Hitler's dwellings (often called "Fairy Chimneys") have been converted into damp youth hostels that offer a nice respite from the heat. You'll also find underground cities and rock churches.

Pick out an "Evil eye"
Nazar Boncuk, or "Evil Eye" charms as they're commonly known, are cheap and come in many shapes and sizes: earrings, necklaces, hatpins and so on. The little blue eye is an old superstition to ward off misfortune. Wear one and you'll like get a smile from the locals. It's a nice way to let them know you are interested in more than snapping pictures of old ladies making carpets. Something they'll enjoy pointing out while they sell you a teaset, anyway.

Why You Should Book Holidays Online

I remember how I used to book holidays before I had access to the Internet. In many senses, things seemed so much more simple back then. Most of us would make our way down to a local travel agent. This is where we'd be looking to make our holiday bookings.

We'd be presented with an assortment of holiday brochures. Looking back, it's amazing to see just how little information was really contained in such brochures. We might expect to find only a small paragraph describing a particular resort.

There might be even less information about individual hotels. As a result, we might largely be basing our holiday decisions on a relatively small amount of knowledge. There was, of course, the opportunity to ask the staff in the store for assistance.

But these staff could not be expected to know an enormous amount of information about each of the thousands of holidays that they were tasked with selling. In essence, this whole approach to holiday bookings was something of a lucky dip.

The Internet has transformed the way in which we now make such bookings. It gives us the opportunity to carry out an enormous amount of research before we come to make a booking. That means that we can find out a lot about particular resource or hotels.

But this is by no means the only advantage. We can now easily compare prices to. This gives us a much better chance of finding fantastic holidays at discount prices. There really is no excuse for paying more than you need to.

That's why many people have come to realise that it makes sense to make holiday bookings online. This gives you the best opportunity to make savings and to have a holiday that you will truly enjoy.

Real Estate Property Investment Series: Focus Morocco 2007

The Moroccan government realised that the way forward for their nation in terms of creating employment and boosting the economy significantly was to increase tourism and to create an environment so attractive for investors that they would come in their droves and buy up real estate stock.

To that end the government has been promoting Morocco around the world - there is a permanent stand at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida heralding the virtues of this North African nation that practically touches Europe across the Mediterranean Sea that divides it from mainland Spain for example, and now the skies over Morocco are open to cheap flight operators from across Europe and the UK. The nation has year round sunshine and is directly south and a short flying time from affluent Western Europe and all of these factors are starting to affect Morocco positively.

In 2006 in the first nine months alone tourism traffic was up almost 10% on the previous year with revenue generated from tourism up almost 30% which proves that the government are targeting the 'right' sort of tourist - i.e., the ones who come, stay, enjoy and spend money in Morocco! Looking to the longer term the Moroccan government has plans to increase tourism until 10 million visitors annually enter the nation by 2010. There are even plans afoot to build a tunnel under the sea to connect Morocco to Gibraltar in Europe...

'But why all this information about tourism' I hear you ask?

Because it is the tourism market that property investors in Morocco are targeting. On the one hand they are targeting those seeking villa and apartment rental and on the other hand they are aware that today's holiday maker is tomorrow's second, retirement or holiday home buyer. And investors really are in Morocco buying up and developing real estate stock. Already six brand new coastal resorts are in the planning and development stages, money is flooding in from Dubai and Qatar based development companies and European buyers are purchasing off plan knowing full well that their real estate assets are appreciating even before they are completed and handed over. Buyers in 2007 have a chance to buy in ahead of the continued predicted rise in tourism and before Morocco is established in many people's minds as a place to invest in real estate.

Consider buying off plan and flipping stock or better still, simply buying and renting to the tourism market on the Atlantic or Mediterranean coasts or in the mountainous ski resort of Oukaimeden. Rental income is earned tax free in Morocco for the first five years and those who hold property for ten years or more pay no capital gains tax when they resell, furthermore one is not subject to local inheritance tax in Morocco either. In conclusion - Morocco offers an investor a wealth of opportunity. Basically an investor needs to consider his preferred investment approach and his target market and then seek suitable real estate with room for growth or with prospects for returning good yields.

How to Choose Best Airport Car Services

There are several factors you need to consider when hiring Denver car services including how long you will need the car and the cost. Most car rental companies offer transportation for less than a week. Airport car services are usually mostly utilized by businessmen or those people who make so many trips. The services are also utilized by vacation travelers.

If you are business person who makes so many trips in a year, then Denver car services would be ideal for you. Services provided include personal car transportation and shuttle services. Airport shuttles are much cheaper because they carry several passengers. Shuttles tend to make many stops on the way to carry other passengers to ride along with you. If you love privacy then reserving a luxury limo would suit you. If you are a casual traveler who is trying to minimize budget, then airport shuttle is the way to go.

Denver car services include limo services. Business professionals prefer this service as their main way of transportation. Limos &sedan are generally quite expensive to hire. Sedans come in various sizes with capacities of 6, 8 to 10 passengers. There are various luxurious models of sedans today including Cadillac DTS, Chrysler 300 and so on. When choosing a limo, take into account the amount of luggage space it has. This is one thing that many fail to consider when choosing a limo. If you have 8 pieces of luggage for example, chances are that your limo may not be able to handle all of it. The trunk of a classic stretch limo can only handle about 4 pieces of luggage at a time. This means that you will be forced to get a second car for the luggage and this will definitely put a strain to your budget. The only other solution will be to get a bigger van which can accommodate both the luggage and the passengers comfortably. Also, remember that most Denver car services will not accept heavy luggage in their limos.

Many companies have lowered the cost of hiring limos and sedans to attract more travelers. Limo and sedan prices can now be bargained just like taxis. In the past when taxis ruled, they would charge exorbitant fees yet some of them were either dirty or old. Limos provide other luxury services for comfort including beverages and other goodies depending on the service you go for. It is now possible to get a quote easily. This makes it much easier when planning for trips and giving you control on how you make payments.

The good thing about Airport services provided by Denver car services is that you may get them at discounted prices if you hire more than one limo. Some also offer discounted rates if you intend to make more than one trip.

When choosing a Denver car services company, try to get quotes from several competitors especially the ones that are close to you. Remember that charges are mainly based on mileage. It is pointless for you to go for a company that is over 30 miles away from your home yet there are good ones closer to you. Also, consider the timing of the flight. Do not put your life at risk just because a company 30 miles away is willing to offer you limo services cheaply.

From 1956 to 1990 some were used for covert reconnaissance by BRIXMIS operating out of RAF Gatow, Berlin.[citation needed] They were still in service for ATC Air Experience Flights until 1996 (the final AEF to use the Chipmunk was No. 10 Air Experience Flight, RAF Woodvale) when they were replaced by the Bulldog (itself replaced by the Grob Tutor in 1999-2001). Chipmunk T.10s were also used by the Army Air Corps and Fleet Air Arm for primary training. The last Chipmunks in military service are operated by the British historic flights - the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (including one of the BRIXMIS aircraft), the Royal Navy and Army historic flights, to keep their pilots current on tailwheel aircraft for flying displays in the UK. Hang Gliding - Flying Like the Birds in Orlando, Florida

Humans have always envied the way that birds fly in the air, and though we now have airplanes to take us through the air to our destinations, sitting in a pressurized cabin is not quite the same as feeling the wind as you glide through the sky. Thanks to new developments in the sport of hang-gliding it is now possible for more people to have the bird-like experience of gliding through the air.

If you have always wanted to try out hang gliding then one of the best places to do it as at the Wallaby Ranch Hang Gliding Flight Park near Orlando, Florida. Wallaby Ranch is the ideal place to try out the sport of hang gliding as it offers the most up-to-date method of hang gliding: tandem aero-towing. The development of tandem aero-towing, where a two-place hang glider is being towed by a specially designed ultra-light tow-plane, has greatly increased the accessibility of the sport.

Previously it was only possible to learn hang gliding with months of training on a hill and then launching from a high mountain site. This arduous sequence has been eliminated at Wallaby Ranch. You ride with in tandem with an experienced instructor and are towed 2000 feet into the air. Once you are released from the tow-plane or "tug" you will free-fly for 15 minutes and your instructor will show you how to control the glider by shifting your weight and easing into a smooth rolling landing.

Because the flights are undertaken with the guidance of a skilled instructors it has been possible for people from age 4 to 90 to enjoy the experience. The weight range of participants has also been varied, going from 35 lbs. to 240 lbs.

Wallaby Ranch also prides itself in offering a number of other amenities in addition to the gliding facilities. They have tent camping, cabins, a 27,000 gallon swimming pool, a climbing wall and a children's playground complete with a Dr. Seuss tree house. Thee are also mountain bike and walking trails on the ranch.

Wallaby also offers multi- lesson packages for beginners and three, five and seven day training clinics for advanced pilots.

If you want to do more than just a single flight with an instructor then the lesson packages are what you need. During the lessons a highly experienced certified tandem instructor will fly with you and will teach you 'hands-on' - literally. During your first few flights, the instructor will do the take-off and landing, allowing you to concentrate on following the tow-plane and learning how to steer the glider without having to worry about landing approach and touchdown. Then you will be given more and more control each flight, in accordance with your rate of progress. Before soloing, you will be able to launch, aero-tow, free-fly, set up a landing approach and land the tandem glider, without your instructor having to do anything at all.

If you are a beach lover looking for good Spain travel deals, you must make the trip to San Sebastian. The city is among the most beautiful areas in the Basque region, and is home to La, Concha, a beach that is widely thought to be one of the best In Europe. La Concha is a paradise for surfing and swimming in the summer months. If you choose to travel during this time, do keep in mind that the area is very crowded in the months of July and August. Because of the larger crowds, it is best to book well in advance if you want to get a good deal on accommodation in the area.

What to Consider When Booking Summer Vacations

When planning a summer vacation, on of the main things that you have to consider is the cost. Once you have decided upon where you want to go, you then have to find the cheapest way to get there.

Staying abroad and going on vacation does not have to be an expensive as you might think. You just have to compare different companies in order to get the best prices.

Researching and Comparing Summer Vacations

When you are researching the different packages and deals available, you are likely to come across summer vacation packages. These packages are designed to tempt you to take a discount holiday with various companies. They do tend to be good value for money and there is quite a large selection of them available too. One of the main advantages of these packages is that they do contain everything that you need in order to have a great holiday. They contain the accommodation, flights, dining and even some activities. So you have everything you need in one package.

Each summer vacation package will be different and so it is essential that you look at your chosen package carefully before you book it. You will need to see exactly what is included. For example is dinner and lunch included or do you have to purchase it yourself whilst you are there? Does it include access to any private beaches? Also what accommodation does it offer you? So many people just book their summer vacation package without thinking as they see it at a good deal. However, when you look closer into a package, sometimes it can be a little deceiving. It could include things that you will not use for example. Or it could exclude something that you really need. So look through the package and see exactly what it includes and what you may need to add.

Overall it is easy to find a summer vacation package. You can find summer vacations literally anywhere around the world and they can be easily booked online. You can also usually find discount holiday rentals in Malaga online too which is helpful if you are on a bit of a budget. If you are still struggling to find a deal to suit you, then you may want to go into your local travel agency where they will be able to find the cheapest deals possible for you. Don't forget that travel agents aren't free however and they do not always find you the best deals possible.

Florida Car Rental Guide

The Sunshine State better known as Florida is the 4th largest state in the USA and is home to some of the most beautiful and scenic roads in all of America. The total area of the state of Florida is 58,560 square miles so I recommend a convertible or a car with great air conditioning because it can get hot during those road trips!

Since Florida is so spread out with an almost unlimited number of destinations to see, a car rental is the most viable option for transportation in the "Sunshine State". The beaches are one of the most popular attractions, along with some of the world's best known theme parks, including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

Depending on the time of year I would recommend booking in advance due to events such as Spring Break, or the Florida Key festivals which can be booked solid a year in advance. If you're coming into a larger city such as Miami then you have less to worry about as the amount of rental cars rarely gets fully booked, but it is still best to check in advance.

One drive you cannot miss is the Apalachicola National Forest which is home to amazing forests, swamps and the creatures that dwell in them. Once you make the drive out here you can park the car and enjoy some of the top hiking trails within the park. I have personally walked two of the trails in here, the first being the 6 mile Trail of Lakes which takes you on a journey of you guessed it, many lakes. The second trail called the Leon Sinks Geological Area Trail is a unique hike not to be missed offering some very amazing sights!

I hope you enjoy your driving experience in Florida as I did mine journey through this amazing state. Plan your trip ahead to make sure you get to see as many destinations as possible, and I wish you a safe journey.
